I saw a police van in diepkloof zone 4 after there was a guy who was beaten up by 5 guys and he was bleeding badly & unconscious so I decided 2 call 10111 but while I was on the call I saw a police van I ran to it but the police office told me that its not their jurisdiction I must go to diepkloof police station after I told them there's a guy who is beaten up badly and he is unconscious but they didn't care they just left but I called the 10111 number but the guy who answered kept telling me he can't hear me and then just hanged up on me.. I called again 10111 a lady answered and again I saw another cops van written diepkloof and they told me I should go report that at the police station and the poor guyvwas still left there unconscious and the guys who beat him up to him to their car which I gave to the call agent from 10111 but still there was no police sent to the location I sent them which was 4235 marthinus smuts street diepkloof zone 4 and car registration was rvh495gp which the poor guy was taken by. I though the police was south African police services but they have jurisdictions that they protect and I lost all the respect I have fit police cause it shows we not safe.
