WORST PROPERTY COMPANY EVER,

In 2021 I trusted them with my property in Amanzimtoti. I signed a 12 month contract with Simone, Amanzimtoti Soukop. I paid the fees for them to manage my tenants for the next 12months. She did the inspection before the tenants moved in as well as the exit inspection after 12 months. She informed me that all was clean and in working condition as it was the 1st day the tenants moved in. I have contacted Simone from Amanzimtoti and although she promised she will assist and come back to me, she never did. I contacted the Main branch of Soukop in Morningside, Dina and even here was only empty promises. As an Property owner I want to advise all not to trust Soukop Properties.
