Soukop property on Florida Road Durban KZN Shocking As a landlord I have to ask fir a monthly statement My rent in not paid in my account on the 1st as agreed in the lease And now to top it all Durban Metro say the utility bill is in arrears when I pay the rates by stop order the rest of the bill is for Soukop to deal with Soukop are supposed to be managing this property It is my credit rating at risk here The miss management is a real concern
