soukop dont trust these estate agents

<p>purshased a house from soukop,they used an intern estate agent who was not fami**** with the area,they provided the contract which clearly states that an updated plan was in place but in fact it is not,tried contacting the seller who states that she made the intern agent aware ,the house was flooded and considerable damages occured and the seller nor soukop want to accept responsibilty leaving me to seek my legal recourse...they threaten to sue me for rating their service negatively...</p>
