No integrity!

I cannot believe the terrible service I received from their real estate agent. We had agreed that we would rent an apartment with them. They led us on with messages, and a phone call - saying that it was our to rent. We spent over 4 hours over the weekend filling out all the forms. When we emailed, we got no response. We finally called to ask about what to do about the deposit, only to find out that they had already rented it out to someone else for the same period of time. Unbelievable lack of professionalism, not worth working with them at all
