Brand failure and awful service

<p>Soukop estate agents in Camps Bay placed a tenant with 7 judgements against them in my property. (I learnt about this only after occupation.) They were paid R15800 for 8 months let. The tenants stayed for 2 months and left causing severe damage. The agents say that I must claim from their trainee agent who subsequently left their employ. I allowed one dog but two arrived which they were aware of and didn't tell me. The dogs caused severe damage in the house. They are the type of people who take the money and run. Awful service and and not to be touched with a barge pole! They have offices around the country. </p>
