a Person contacting me about a cellphone contract, after I received an sms from them telling me I did not qualify for this, they went ahead, deducted twice already and reversed the funds, leading to banking penalty charges of R300.00 in total. This is unacceptable and very wrong to deduct money AFTER I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR A CONTRACT!!!!
