Unauthorised/******* debit order

SOS squad has been debiting my mom's account *******LY for almost a year now. A monthly debit of about R54 with a transaction fee of R8. My mom who is a senior citizen, doesn't even have a car and declines having any dealings with SOS Squad. She does not even recall receiving a call from SOS Squad. I called SOS Squad on 06/10/2015 to enquire about the contract my mother signed or any recordings they have where my mother committed herself to this, they couldn't assist me as they say they can't disclose any information to third party, which I understood. I then asked them to call my mother and they said they are having high call volumes and can only call her the following week, which is this week. Its Friday and nobody from SOS Squad has attempted to call her. My mother went to the bank to stop the debit order and they have the nerve to send her an sms to update her details because they could not take money from her account. HOW SICK!!!! I WANT FULL REFUND PLUS R8 FOR EVERY DEBIT ORDER.
