UNAUTHORISED DEBIT AND REGISTRATION

Last week I received an SMS notifying me that I have been successfully registered on SOS Squad and I can call them anytime. The problem is, I never registered let alone registered to be on their data base. I live in a complex and our complex has neither notified us or confirmed that we are now using this security company. Needless to say, I went onto my bank account today, and noticed that SOS Squad have somehow put themselves onto my debit order list!!! for R49 a month! What the ****! I didnt even contact you! Now I'm trying to find a number to contact them and there's no number to be found on the internet. I WANT ANSWERS NOW!!! AND WHAT EVER MONEY YOU HAVE HELPED YOURSELVES TO IN MY BANK ACCOUNT I WANT IT BACK. IF YOU CALIM I JOINED YOUR DAMN SECRUITY SQUAD, SHOW ME THE PAPERS I SUPPOSEDLY SIGNED AND PROVIDED YOU WITH MY BANKING DETAILS!
