SOS Squad Deducts ********ly from my account

Oct 2012 I got a call from SOS Squad wanting to sell me their services, the Call centre agent ( Eldien Naidoo) & I refused their services.19/10/2012 they sent an sms(saying that they will debit and I am a member). I do not recall receiving this sms, but since the abovementioned month, they have been debiting.<br> In Nov/Dec 2015, I called their call center &spoke to Siphelele Mthiyane, & inquired about my membership to their company, as I have no recollection of agreeing or joining them. He did an investigation & found the voice recording of the agent who called me. He confirmed with me that I had not agreed to join their membership, and had said I would be refunded.<br> So 04/01/16 I made a call to their Company to find out when the funds would be refunded to me and an agent, Nondumiso, told me that I would only be refunded for the past 3mnths. It's their company policy, even though I had never agreed to join them. She said Siphelele would call me back and explain that, since I never called them and cancelled, after receiving the sms on the 19th Oct 2012, I had 'agreed' to be a member of their company.<br> Deducting money without my consent is *****. I want ALL my money refunded immediately.
