Sorbet Bayside

I went to Sorbet Bayside for an eye brow & lip wax. The following day my eyes/ face looked like I was in a boxing match, I was swollen and red. I contacted Sorbet, the owner Jessica of course apologised however the process that was followed wasn't procedure according to other branches abd Olandi from Depelive. The correct product was not followed through before& after an eye brow wax. Sorbet and Depelive are not taking accountability for anything, just a "sorry " I had a function the day my eyes were swollen, extremely embarrassing. I am self employed and had to explain to my clients what had happened as it was extremely embarrassing, it took a few days for swelling to go down.

Jessica only refunded the cost of the eyebrow wax and refused to compensate in any other manner, which would have been etiquette. Therefore shows she is not interested to gain my trust to go back to Sorbet. Therefore I will never go back as I have been a client for many years, and will certainly never refer anyone. I am absolutely disgusted as there is no accountability taken for the misconduct and procedure as they have *********** staff.
