worst phone ever

Got my new xperia z2 to the end of last year. Not long after that I realised that the phone wasn't water proof or water resistant. The screen started to freeze and got very hot. In November '14 it fell from my pocket, about 50cm, and cracked.<br> It was freezing even more, so I complained to my service provider, Vodacom, they said that all the problems are because of the crack, and that I have to pay for repairs myself, after I explained to them over and over that all the problems occurred before it phone fell 50cm.....<br> I then complained to Sony- no answer...<br> So my insurance company agreed to pay for the repairs. <br> After I got it back from repairs, it did the same.... The company who did the repairs said that it might be a software problem but probably not, because they get loads of the same complaints every day.<br> After I read all the complaints about sony, I realised that it is a problem with the phone and I'm not the only one feeling cheated by sony.<br> I realised last week that the back was cracked completely, it can only be heat because I've been handling the phone like glass... <br> I got the z2 because they advertised it be tough and durable, but it is all nonsense, like the phone.
