Very disappointed!!!!

I upgraded to a Sony Xperia Z5 on the 29th August 2016 at Vodaworld. Had to drive 145km to get one, as the Vodacom shops in Bela Bela are useless. After 5 weeks and one day of using it, the phone just switched off and did not want to turn on again. We were on our way to Cape Town, as we were getting married the next day. I tried the vodashop at the bayside mall in bloubergstrand, and asked for a replacement as I have to be in contact with the photographer, restaurant, minister etc. They refused to help me, amd said I must take it back to vodaworld. I asked my mom to phone customer care amd ask what I can do, as it was my wedding day and I was so stressed as no one could reach me in connection with the wedding. They told her I must courier it to vodaworld, which was impossible to do of course. So I locked the phone in the safe until we left after our honeymoon. I took it to the vodashop im Bela Bela and asked again for help. They told me also they cannot help me, I must take it back to vodaworld. I tried to phone vodaworld for two days. They did not answer their phone once. So on Thursday morning last week I drove to vodaworld once again and booked it in at the tech department. Again, this week, I try to phone them continiously, they do not answer the phone. After phoning customer care again and then the repair centre, they tell me the phone is irreparable, but they are not going to replace it, as it was tampered with and they found glue inside. How am I supposed to get glue into a phone that cannot open? I have spent hundreds of rands on petrol and toll gate money, to do as I was told at two vodashops! It is a brand new phone that I have used for 5 weeks. They know there is a problem with the phone, yet looking for reasons not to replace it! I have made about 20 calls today to try and escalate to speak to someone at tech or anywhere as I need my phone or a phone. I need answers as I do not know what they are talking about, and they are straight refusing to help me or have me talk to a superior. Everytime I ask, the manager is out. I need help please. I cannot pay R700 a month for two years and not have a phone.
