System crash

Sony Playstation needs to improve their consoles. I have been a dedication Playstation fan for over 16 years and I am highly disappointed with Playstation 4, in 2 years the machine has crashed 3 times meaning all of my games and save data have been lost. Games that I spend hours and data, downloading, have had to be downloaded again. Many hours of playing and energy put into your games and then it is gone and I have to start again. This is unacceptable, I truly hope you will be improving these problems with Playstation 5 or you can count me out as a customer as I am tired of putting many hours into your games and then losing it all.
