Still waiting

I have always been a huge Sony fan, but I have really had a very bad experience. I upgraded my Xperia to the new XZ 2 at MTN on the 2 January 2019 and with the phone can Bluetooth headset and a speaker. The speaker was available. The MTN staff member has been phoning the Sony contact person about when will it be here. It's now past a joke.
