Sony Xperia Z3

My cell phone Sony Xperia Z3 was not water proof as they advertise.<br> I was in the swimming pool at home and was using my phone to make a video under water.<br> They advertise that this phone is water proof for up to 1.5 meters and can stay under water for 15 min's<br> Now I wonder, and I did make sure the lids was closed before I took it in to the water.<br> I took the phone to Sony and was inform that the water came past the lit were you charge the phone <br> They said this was wear and tear and they are not responsible for this.<br> Now how are you going to charge the phone if you cannot use the charger hole. <br> You have to open the lit to charge the phone<br> Sony please don't advertise this phone as a waterproof phone, yes may be for the first month but then it's not waterproof any more.<br>
