Sony PSN

<p>I purchased Metro Redux on the PSN, but then decided I would rather have a hard copy of the game, so I cancelled the purchase. I received confirmation that the purchase had been cancelled. A few days later I went and bought Metro Redux at the store and installed it onto my Playstation. Sony then reversed the cancellation of the PSN purchase. I emailed customer support asking why they had done that to which they rep**** they had no way of knowing if I had in fact downloaded the game from the PSN. So I emailed them photos of the game and the receipt of purchase, but they refused to believe me. I have spoken to numerous people from Sony to no avail, and so in the end Sony has charged me for something I did not buy even though they have proof I did not buy it. </p>
