SONY PS5 PLAYSTATION PLUS ****

I purchased a brand new Sony PS5 with free 24 months Playstation Plus. I opened the package and there was no code to activate the package. Called Sony support and was reffered to where I bought the Ps5. I called the store and I still can't get get assistance.
