Sony Playstation technical support sucks

We contacted Tech Support for help with set up issues. Both times we called our phone conversations were dropped as the technicians could not help us and rather than going any further than the basic steps, they just cut the phone calls. Appalling service. We shall now return the PS4 and exchange it for an Xbox.
