Sony M4 Aqua

Hello<br> <br> I purchased a Sony M4 Aqua from Edgars Eastgate a month ago. About a week and a half ago the camera gives and Error (unknown error) message. I have rebooted the phone on numerous occasions and I have also done a repair using PC Companion with no avail. I visited the MNT store in Greenstone and they gave me the Sony sales rep, Vincent Change's contact details ***). I spoke to him on several occasions and he took me through the same reboot protocol and the same error message appears. He advised me that he will speak to his manager, Eben van Vuuren to give me a replacement handset. <br> <br> He now does not take my calls. MTN advised that I must take the phone to a repair centre, but I don't have a replacement set to use in the interim.<br> <br> Very poor service from SONY.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Arvin Baliram
