sony devices and cell c

so I have a major problem with Sony.Their devices are not worth buying. I have had mine for less than 4 months and this morning when I woke up my phone was no longer working and there was a red light where the notifications usually show the device.It started giving me problems two months after I had taken out a contract at CellC but I have not had the time to apparently take it all the way to MIDRAND to CellC head office to get it looked at.When the device actually did turn on just before I needed to put in my sim pin number it would constantly say android system updating for atleast 2 minutes and the phone constantly over heats.Within 3 months of getting the SONY AQUA DUEL, it would tell me that the battery is being drained faster than what it was charging and I had gone to CellC in ALBERTON mall and I had showed them that the actual SONY CHARGER was not charging the device so they has proceeded to give me a SAMSUNG charging cable for my SONY phone.I had gone to CellC Bedfordview a month later to show them and they told me I needed to go MIDRAND in order to get it fixed with the original charger (which I do not have as it was taken from me from ALBERTON) contact me on ***
