Sony Bravia tv

<p>I bought this tv in 2012 from Sony Cresta, of cause its the only proof of purchase I can't find, and the tube has blown which I find totally unacceptable when our dinosaur sanyo tv of 11 years is still working perfectly. I'm totally disgusted at the poor workmanship and wish I had gone for another make like Samsung. what is Sony going to do about this as i feel i have waisted hard earned money?- </p>
