SONY 4K FDR-X3000R Bad designed product, keep away

This is targeted to the head office of SONY in Japan:They refuse to help their customers worldwide and produce BAD QUALITY products.I bought a Sony state of the art 4K ACTION CAMERA model:FDR-X3000R last year.Mostly everyone on the internet who bought this product suffers 2 major problems that is goes out of focus with bad image, overheats and shuts down unexpectedly.Many has sent this camera back, only to get the same problems again.There is feedback on the internet that this product has design flaws, that create these problems. I want my unit replaced with a proper unit or my $800 Us back as this is a ******* and useless product.
