Contacted Sony Support during black Friday regarding my plus special that did not reflect on my side , send a mail 24 Nov and only got a reply now 29 Nov , the special was only for then now you give me this **** feedback. i then called an agent Greg who also said well its only for existing members , why couldnt you them me sooner or why not put it rather on your false ads but the fact that your support doesnt give 2 ticks about your problem but when it comes to pay there is no problems , your afterservice sucks bad you need to look at getting this sorted and hiring proper people to do your ad's. or if we are not important tell us to f off and we will then rather go to xbox if we arent good enough
