Shotty job at repairs at Vodacom

n December 2014 I upgraded my contract and got a new Sony XPeria Z3. Five days later (One day after the out of box guarantee expired) the phone cracked from overheating and I returned it to Vodacom via the Menlyn Branch in Menlyn Mall in Pretoria. It took 9 months before I eventually received the phone back on 25 September 2015.<br> <br> <br> This phone is no longer waterproof as the back of the phone is loose, the speaker has been placed in scew and the camera button, on the side no longer functions. <br> <br> I am also assuming that the warranty on the phone has expired as Vodacom has the phone from 05 January to 25 September 2015. This phone was new when I got it on 29 December 2015.<br> <br> The phone is also still overheating with an average temperature of 39 Degrees Celsius, becoming so hot that you can hardly hold it in your hand.
