Playstation 4 a total *******

<p>so after being a loyal sony fan since forever i decided to purchase my ps4 in feb 2015.</p> <p>after exactly a year and 4months , my playstation decides to randomly eject discs on its own.</p> <p>so after calling the customer care and going through the 3 steps to rebauild the database to doing a factory reset my playstation decided to eject the disc again.</p> <p>so i call the customer care centre and speak to marvin, he then asks me to contact partserve.</p> <p>i then contact partserve and speak to a lady who then gives me the brilliant news that Sony does not do repairs and that i will be billed a further R2500 for a replacement.</p> <p>i was at a loss for words as i have never in my life would expect such an insane response , how is it that we pay R7500 and now a year later a further R2500 ?? im seriously dissapointed with you sony and how you treat your loyal customers.</p> <p>how many other people have been through this ?? its a total ******* , i would understand if my playstation was 4years old and this happened but its not even close to this , i had the ps 1,2 and 3 and never had a single issue , yet this happens a year and 4 months in?</p> <p>Seriously dissapointed!!!</p> <p> </p>
