not honouring warenty.

My Sony Z3, was accidentally dropped into water while doing dishes and was only submerged for a second or two.I wasn't worried cause Sony phones are waterproof? and I religiously check that the phone ports are close.Shortly after it stop working and went dead, my phone was less than 6 months old.<br> Mtn send me to the Sony repair walk in center Sea*** lake.I handed it in on 13/08/15,job#WICDB***. Only on the 18 th was I phoned, to be told that they are not repairing or replacing the phone! I was later told that there were water inside the phone, stating the obvious problem, I was told by technician that a test was done by a machine that can't be wrong?!to check if ports was working, it found they did and the water got in cause ports was open.It was my word against there', I felt like they said I'm a lier. THE REASONS I GOT THIS PHONE IS IN CASE OF A ACCIDENT AND THAT IS WHAT SONY Z3 OFFERD AS PER THERE AD, now they say it's not covered. <br> I would not endorsed and a any Sony phone again, people should be warned about Sony phones on all platforms. I wish I did more reading up about sony's misleading claims before I got this phone. <br>
