No service/hard to get hold of

Good day to whom it may concern,

I recently purchased a Sony a7s from a store in the USA and along with it I bought the Sony RM VPR1 to assist in making it easier for me to record. I have only owned it for 3 months and already the connection between it and my camera is intermittent and I have lost valuable footage because of thia sudden problem. I need assistance from Sony because its their product but guess what getting hold of Sony is a nightmare and I need this resolved as I have a one year warranty as per my invoice and in-box paperwork which I still have. Can someone please call me or email me to have this sorted. I do not want to take this to a social media platform.
