No help from Sony Play Station

Trying to get hold of Sony Play Station and need to talk to an agent and their website does not have contact details, just a bot to talk to, which cannot resolve the issue and when you request to talk to an agent, it is always the same: "I'm sorry, I'm not able to connect you with a Support Agent at this time; in order to continue to assist you please contact us again at a later date. Our current hours of operation are 09:00 to 17:30 UTC+2". It does not matter when you contact them, it is always the same, in other words, there are no agents. What a useless company when it comes to after sales.
