as per Sony Mobile Communication - Customer Services - Melissa Warren she neede a job no 88266 ref no 1/*** we needed to book the phone in as we did in Boksburg, but still no satisfaction from them I need to now how can phisical damage accure to a brand new phone when the battery seems like to exploud that cause the back to crack. how many other sony customers has been caught like this
