Lost all faith in SONY products

I took out a SONY Xperia on contract from Vodacom Parow Centre a year ago. Within the year, my phone has broken (mechanical faults and internal malfunctions) over 15 times. I had the phone repaired 3 times (Phone was still under warranty) where I had to wait a total of 3 months that I did not have a phone. The phone I received from Vodacom to use while my phone was in repairs, was an old piece of **** phone, probably older than my dead grandmother. Still today my phone is faulty, the programs and software stop working randomly and the phone freezes all the time. I just don't have the time and patience anymore to go back and forth repairing the phone and sitting with that old **** phone while my phone is in for repairs. To think, for the year that I have this contract, I had to pay R350 per month without having the phone a few months, nevermind all the anger and disapointment it has causes me. I WILL NEVER buy any SONY product ever again. Both SONY and Vodacom can expect no business from me in the future due to their lack of service, understanding, and efforts to repair my phone. Pathetic from a big company such as SONY.
