horrible service ever

<p>My name is Annelisa Kubalo, In September 2013 I bought a Sony 40 inch plasma TV. At Game store Westgate Mall Roodepoort And by December 2015 the TV just went dead,voice coming up but with no pictures, I took it to their customer service and they told me the TV had no guarantee which I was aware of and ready to pay once repaired, they booked the TV in and on the 3rd week of January 2016 they called me to come and collect the TV but to my surprise it was not repaired, they told me it's costly and should buy a new one, honestly I was so hurt, angry and disappointed at their service because I don't understand how can they not repair my TV, and am also angry and disappointed by Sony company because when I bought that TV I knew I was purchasing a strong brand that will last me for decade, my TV is still not repaired sitting in my lounge watching us instead of us watching it, and I don't know what to do with it, I need help</p>
