<p>Late last year i went into a shop named phashasha in polokwane to get my tv fixed, the reason i went into this shop is because it has a big sony acredited sign outside, little did i know i would be taken for a ride by a *****star.</p> <p>I grew up in a household were sony was a brand used, i have confidence in this brand. I asked the technician who also happens to be the owner if he would be able to fix my samsung smart tv which he said he would.</p> <p>I left my tv there and was later called with a quote which i paid cash, my tv was given back to me and when i got home it was still not functional i then returened it to the shop and a female employee there told me my tv was very nice and expensive and that i should not be giving it to people who don't know what they are doing to fix.</p> <p>Again i was told the tv is fixed and i should come collect, it was still not fixed, i then decided to contact samsung and ask for a technician which fixed my tv within a day and told me that nothing was ever replaced in my tv that everything is orionally manufactured. This sony technician had told me he changed some part hence the amount he made me pay.</p> <p>I went back to this guy for my money and was insulted like never before, i was told i am stupid, uneducated,illiterate, can't speak english and very poor, i was then told i will not get any cent back and that i or anyone could do nothing about that.</p> <p>Please insure that this guy gives me my money back and revisit your acreditation of this store, i mean even the employees in this store know that this guy is a *****star. </p> <p>My worry is, where do i go when my sony electronics malfunction. I believe you will sort this issue out because this guy is dragging this brand into the mud.</p>
