faulty soundbar

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a defective Sony HT-S400 Soundbar purchased from Makro.

Issue Description The soundbar fails to connect to any Bluetooth device. Whenever Bluetooth mode is selected, the unit displays a "NOT USE" error message on the front panel and automatically defaults back to the TV input.

I have attempted troubleshooting multiple times, including full factory resets (holding down the Power and Volume Minus buttons until "RESET" appears) and disconnecting all physical connections (HDMI/Optical) before attempting to pair. The hardware error persists, indicating a permanent failure of the Bluetooth module/firmware.
