False Advertising

I received a SONY Xperia Z3 Compact on the 06/02/2015. The phone is meant to be water resistant.. On monday I accidentally put the phone in water, Boom the phone stopped working. After taking it out from the bucket It was on - a few minutes later the phone switched off and it wouldn't come on. <br> <br> Cellu City arrived yesterday (2015-05-28) to collect the phone and the invoice states \Repairs might take 21 days"I am now left phoneless however I am still required to pay my full subscription. I am shocked by the fact that the phone is water resistant however its no longer working after contracting water.... this to me is false advertising. I Can't wait for 21 days... this is totally unacceptable."""
