e-mail are being ignored

Still waiting for my new device. Still waiting for feedback from Sony. Im paying for a device I do not have. My mails asking what is the latest on my replacement are been ignored. I dont know who to talk to to have this matter resolved. Melissa, Please attend to this problem and resolve this issue<br> Thanks.
