dissapounted in Sony

Im so dissapointed in Sony Mobile Products. I got the Sony Xperia Z1 compact in August 2014 as a gift from my girlfriend. In January 2015 they tried to rob me and grabbed my phone and as the guy ran he dropped my phone and kept on running. When I went to pick up my phone the screen was cracked and the touch screen doesnt work. I took it in for repairs 2 weeks ago at Vodacom Repair Centre Eastgate and today I was told thet the phone is beyond repair. I always thought that Sony was much better than Samsung but now I see Sony is a **** phone and Samsung is much better. I know a lot of people that has Samsung and their screens are cracked and the touch screen still works. And one Greate thing aboutt Samsung is I have neve heard them saying to tgeir customers thet the phone is beyond repair if the screen is cracked. I will never recommend Sony Mobile to any one again
