Disgusted by Sony PS4

It is with great regret that I have to post this. I have been a PS fan since the PS1 has been around with no issues. However after my purchase of the PS4, the console switches off repeatedly and suddenly goes into rest mode. It also switches itself on which is creepy. I called the call centre who wanted to charge me over R2000 to fix it, as it had been just over my 1 year warranty. This is absolutely ridiculous as I suspected SONY to have the number one gaming console in the world. It also spits out the game every now and then. I have tried updates and changing the power cord, but the issue still persists. This is frustrating when gaming. The response to these issues are limited, as it is a common error amongst all ps4 fans.
