Device failures

<p>Bought a Sony M4 Aqua in October 2015. Device failed in July 2016. Handed in device for repairs on 02 August 2016. Phone could not be repaired. Received a Sony M5 (apparently a refurbished phone ) as a replacement on 03 October 2016. This device failed on 06 October 2016. No faith in Sony products. Will not buy/recommend Sony!</p>
