Complaint

i bought a sony mgogo in may 2014.then the system gave me problems,its been in repairs since january 2015.so now they cant fix the system whilst its still under warranty.and im still paying for it. Which they are now telling me that I need to pay cash for the sub hoover whereas I have a warranty on the system. Its not even a year old, i am not a very happy customer or they can refund me in cash if thats the case.
