Been waiting 3 months for my new fone!

Hi I lost my fone in September and insurance approved a new fone,which is the Sony Xperia Z3 ever since then Sony don't have any stock available I fone all the store and I foned Sony myself,I'm paying a contract and insurance but I don't have a fone,Sony don't knw when are they going to get stock,I was then told the Z5 is coming out so I should wait for it,but they don't knw when,the problem that I now have is after waiting 3 months and still waiting,I'm still gonna have to pay a access fee of R900,coz now currently I'm paying R850 for my contract plus insurance,but yet I'm without a fone for 3 months this is unacceptable,coz I need a fone.coz rigth now I'm paying for something I don't have
