bad service and on a not so waterproof phone z1com

I have a Sony Z1compact. Recently I got caught in the rain. I got soaked, my phone was in its gel cover in my pocket. it is now stuffed, all the ports were closed and with its cover on no ports can NOT be opened. the phones camera fogged up and it was sent in. <br> I am now told it cant be repaired and I had to pay in R 330 to get a stuffed hand set back.<br> staff at MTN told me this is not the first Sony product brought in and not repaired.<br> while I was there another person collected a Z3 with the same results.<br> when I tried to contact Sony it was the most back and forth unhelpful experience I've had.<br> tried the following with little to no help or clarity: *** and ***.<br> Dead ends and dropped call's.<br> this hand set should have been replaced , no one destroys a 3 month old phone as it was suggested I left ports open in a gel type cover...<br> <br> I'm unhappy with you Sony aswel as the service provided
