Bad Name from Telkom towards Sony

At the end of November 2017 I moved over to Telkom from another Network. I got the Freeme 1GB with a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, the ad also said a Bluetooth Speaker is included. Up until now I have not yet received the speaker. The shop at The Kolonnade Shopping Centre where I took out the contract just refuses to assist me with this query. They keep on blaming Sony and says there is no stock. This is utter bad service and a waste of time and hard earned money. Telkom Head office is even worse in assisting with this problem.
