I have incorrectly purchased the Madden NFL25. I have not downloaded the game and contacted the service centre to try and facilitate a refund. I have NOT been able to get into contact with an agent for assistance despite trying at different times over the last 3 weeks. The BOT is of NO assistance. Case number: ***3 Sony do better!!!
