Worst Customer Service
Sonic Telecoms if I look at the reviews on Hello Peter and the fact that no one has bothered to call me back I would strongly recommend that people do not make use of Sonic. What a complete and utter waste of time and money.

13 Jun 2018, 16:10Hi there, I was told by Rizqah that I will receive a call from the technician, he took my number, when I checked with Charl 20 minutes ago heid not receive a call from anyone, hence my post on these platforms. I was just informed by Charl that he received an email from Bernard indicating that a technician will be in contact. When that will happen only time will tell.
