Sonic Wireless an exceptional ISP

I have to applaud Sonic Wireless for their exceptional service as an ISP. I don't care what anyone says to the contrary, other than that these people are better than good. This review comes after a personal relationship with them for over 3yrs now, which has just gone from strength to strength. A previous ISP tested my sanity to the point that they eventually were forced to release me from my 24mth contract after just a mere 6-8mths way back in 2015 which lead me to Sonic, and I never looked back, period!!! Yes Sonic isn't without fault at times as no ISP is perfect but on a scale of 1-10, I will rate them 9.5/10 in comparison with what I had. At this point and time I'm running on a 20mbs package and I'm able to obtain faster internet at more or less the same price, but I'm frankly too scared to move away from Sonic, remembering my experience with an alternative ISP. After over 3yrs I know what I have in Sonic, but I'm currently not willing to take the change of a possible similar bad experience like the one i had previously, hence I will stay with them as long as I can. I had 2 little issues with speed during 2018 which was sorted out within 15-20 minutes flat and the level of their customer service together with their amazing up time, is almost unheard of in S.A. I am not a custodian for Sonic, neither are any of my friends or family, this is merely me providing scope to a company who really deserves it, as it's so rare these days in this country.
