Exceeded expectations on every level

After having months of trouble with other internet service providers I literally stumbled across Sonic Wireless and explored their offering, within an hour of enquiring online I received a call and a site suvery was booked, the team not only showed up on the day they called to come earlier (pay attention Telkom!), the next week my dish was installed and I am now online at speeds not possible through my previous providers.<br> <br> This is how service should be done, Bernard was there every step of the way and followed up at each point without being a nuisance, his service was friendly and he was a pleasure to deal with, in fact the entire team was down to the technicians that carried out my installation and the site survey - not like some of those other miserable contact centres we are forced to use! <br> <br> Thank you Sonic Wireless & Bernard, if this is how you guys do things then I intend on staying around for a very long time! All the positive things I have heard a warranted - a case study in service!
