Download speed

Was told that a 4mb line would be perfect for streaming. Bought the package. Endless problems even after they upgraded me to a 6mb line. Download speed on a 6mb line varies from 0.5mb to 5mb, impossible to stream without continual buffering. Locked into a contract and despite numerous calls to technical people issue remains unresolved. Absolutely ******* service provider. No compensation, yet try and pay short for lack of service provided and they will cut you off. Consumer ombudsman here we come
