Disgusted at the service and level of performance of this ISP!

Absolutely disgusted at the service. Was with Jelly Connect before until Sonic Wireless took over managing the network, and from there everything went downhill. Download speed is half of what it used to be under Jelly Connect (on a 3Mbps line) and the connection is more unstable. Speed Test shows exactly that I'm not getting what I used too. I was promised during this move that my service would stay exactly the same and that I will get the same level of performance. Even signed a debit order form and they charged me R100 more for no reason. Now asking for manager information and simply get ignored. I would not recommend them to anyone.
