Breach Of Contract And Damage To Property

The experience with Sonic Wireless has been horrific, not only did I not sign a 24 month contract with them and have the contract to prove this, but apparently I also don't own the router that I paid upfront for. So i had enough and I decided not to use them anymore, luckily did not sign a debit order, but then I moved, so I contacted them to come move the equipment to my new home (freshly build). I could not be there for installation so the guys said its fine they will install without me here, they then after installation called me to say the mad a small hole in the wall and a little piece of cement broke off, I said its fine no big deal until I got home, before a I made relocation payment. Got my people that build the house out here and not only did they damage the big hole in the wall, but also moved my fascha board on my roof leaving it sitting about 2cm away from wall, and also on the roof they broke off a corner of my wall. I sent an email to say I am willing to cover repairs if they write off the damage and activate my account with a clean slate. no 12 month contract and just a month to month contract. Pls dont ever use them and i am getting my attorneys and estate involved.
